Bob currently leads the Reporting organization at C3 Business Information, Inc.
 
With over 28 years of Dun & Bradstreet experience, Bob is skilled in commercial credit and call center operations and consultation.
 
He held various positions while at Dun & Bradstreet, working his way up from a Credit Reporter, to various management positions. He was a District and Zone Manager in D&B’s Operations/Information Resources Division, managing daily operations in a single and multi office environment in the Southwest.
 
As a regional Director of Training and Development & Director of Performance Consulting at D&B, Bob developed and implemented training programs to improve performance, and provided senior management with performance assessments of managers and trainers.
 
Bob attended the University of Rhode Island and majored in Business Management. He was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Infantry, and served as a combat infantry officer in Viet Nam.
